Step 1: Access to cPanel

Log in to your cPanel account. You can do this by entering the URL provided by your web hosting provider, followed by "/cpanel" (for example, https://yourdomain.com/cpanel).
Enter your username and password.

Step 2: Locating the Email Section

Within cPanel, look for the "Email" section.
Click on the "Webmail" icon.

Step 3: Choosing the Email Client (Roundcube)

On the Webmail page, you'll see options for different email clients. Select "Roundcube." Roundcube is a user-friendly and widely used webmail client.

Step 4: Accessing Roundcube

Step 6: Preferences Configuration

To customize your experience, go to Settings in the upper-right corner.
Here, you can change the language, email signature, and other preferences.

Explore additional options in Roundcube for advanced features.
You can organize your emails, create folders, and manage account settings.

That's it! Now you can access and manage your cPanel webmail using Roundcube.

How to Access Your Roundcube Webmail:

2. Enter your complete email address ([email protected]) and the associated password.
3. Click "Login."

Step 4: Select Roundcube
1. After logging in, you'll see a list of available email clients.
2. Select "Roundcube" by clicking on the icon or the client's name.

You're all set! Now you'll be inside the Roundcube interface, ready to efficiently manage your emails.
